Terms of Service

1. Who we are

cc.com.ai (the "Service") is operated by Mirae Echo Inc. ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@cc.com.ai.

2. Using the Service

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-age-of-consent in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for the content you paste, upload, or link from.

You must not:

• Submit content you don't have rights to process or summarize.
• Use the Service to generate, distribute, or amplify illegal, hateful, harassing, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bulk-scrape the Service.
• Use the Service to train a competing AI model without permission.

3. Credits & Billing

Credits are a unit of usage. Each tool invocation consumes credits as shown on the tool's action button. Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled. Unused paid-plan credits roll over one calendar month. Free-plan credits reset monthly.

You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds: within 14 days of initial Pro-plan purchase, contact us for a full refund. Team refunds are prorated.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you submit (URLs, transcripts, text). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content in order to produce summaries, and to cache results for a short period to improve performance. We do not sell your content. We do not train models on your content.

Tool results are public by default (accessible via their shareable URL). You can mark results private after signing in.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated summaries can contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Always consult the source material and a qualified professional.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. We may update these Terms, our pricing, or the Service itself. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be handled by the Tokyo District Court.
