Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the tools, we don't sell your data, we don't train models on your content, and we delete things when you ask.

1. What we collect

  • Tool input: URLs, pasted text, uploaded files. Stored only as long as needed to produce and cache the result.
  • Tool output: summaries, transcripts, images. Kept for your dashboard and for public share URLs (you can mark them private).
  • Account: email (for signup), Clerk-managed identity. We don't store passwords.
  • Billing: Stripe customer ID. We never see or store card numbers.
  • Usage logs: which tool, at what time, how many credits, latency. Used for analytics and rate limiting. Contains an IP+UA hash for guests (rotated daily, not reversible to your IP).

2. What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data to anyone.
  • We don't train AI models on your content.
  • We don't read your content beyond automated processing needed to produce the tool output.

3. Who we share with

We share the minimum necessary with trusted subprocessors:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, analytics
  • Clerk — authentication (account email + profile)
  • Stripe — payment processing (billing address + card, handled by Stripe directly)
  • ofox.ai — model routing gateway (tool input sent for processing; not retained by ofox)
  • Sentry (optional) — error tracking (stack traces, no content)

4. Retention & deletion

Tool outputs are stored indefinitely in your dashboard unless you delete them. Cache entries expire after 7–90 days depending on the tool. Usage logs are retained for 180 days then aggregated. On account deletion, all personal data is purged within 30 days.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies only (session). No tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. We don't use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. EU/UK users: GDPR requests should go to privacy@cc.com.ai. California users: CCPA requests to the same address.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we'll remove it.
